Description
A study of of the biblical Wisdom literature, particularly of Proverbs, Job and Ecclesiastes, as well as the Apocryphal books Sirach and Wisdom. Emphasis will be placed on the way Wisdom deals with questions concerning justice and the relationship between God and human beings. Knowledge of Hebrew will not be required, but assistance will be given in working with the Hebrew text for those who wish to do their exegesis from the original.
