Description
Contemporary exegetes offer a ?new perspective? on or an ?apocalyptic interpretation? of Paul, arguing for a correction on traditional Protestant understandings of Pauline themes like divine righteousness, justification, and faith. The aim of this course is to tease out the theological consequences of these exegetical proposals. Could these new readings of the apostle, rather than threatening the Protestant tradition, actually enrich our theological thinking?
